Handmade by Trish

I was very lucky as a child to spend a lot of time with my grandmother in the holidays.  She taught me so many different creative things, from needle craft to baking, she did it all.  And I guess you could say I came from a crafty family.  My parents were photographers with my mother specialising in photo/negative retouching (before the days of computers) and was an examiner for the NZ Framers Guild.  One of my sisters is a beauty therapist and make-up artist, whilst another is a pattern designer and dress maker, so maybe it runs in the family.
